This month is a big month for Witt & Co!
We celebrate 3 years in business! How did that happen!?
Have you ever heard about the percentage of small businesses that don't make it past the first two years. It's rather terrifying. Something like 2/3 of businesses don't make it past year two!
But here we are....YEAR 3 and thriving!
We live and work in the most wonderful area with the most supportive wedding industry professionals (and not to forget the most incredible couples!). So we want to send a huge thank you out to you all!
And if this March is a big month...2018 is a BIG year!
We have some of our most involved and largest wedding events this season. We're selling our little bungalow, eagerly expecting baby number one, and celebrating one last year in my twenties.
I've accomplished so much that I'm proud of in my three short decades, but this year... yeah, THIS IS THE YEAR.
We can't wait to see what else is in store!
Cheer to celebrating life's BIGGEST and LITTLEST moments!
Today’s post is a bit more personal. But it’s very, very special to me.
Today happens to be the anniversary of the day I married the love of my life. Three years ago, the sun was shining, the wind was blowing, and airplanes hummed above us as we said our I Dos in front of one hundred of our dearest family and friends.
My husband planned a surprise day-out over the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The simple walk in the park with our pup, Scarlett, would have been enough. But knowing him – everything is a “go big, or go home” sort of deal. So onward to more afternoon adventures we went!
With our careers, it’s not often that we get to spend an entire day together, let alone, be locked in the same room together for a whole hour! But that’s what we did! We headed up to Green Bay where unbeknownst to me, we ended up at the Escape Room. Oh my goodness, you guys, it was so much fun! Even if we were .2 seconds away from solving the mystery and unlocking the door before the timer ran out! (Darn you math problems!)
Afterwards, we had dinner at Fratello’s, and of course, who could forget dessert! He treated me to a late-night stop at Baskin Robbins (It’s been more than a decade - yikes!) We sat on the back of his tailgate soaking up each other’s company, and watching as the cars drove by. My kind of romantic date!
This man amazes me every day. We were just kids when we met, but I can’t imagine growing up without him by my side for the past 12 years. We are living one amazing life!
Here’s to you, Mr. Wittmann. Out of all this world, thank you for choosing me.
All of me. All my love.
Happy anniversary, dear!
Cheers to Celebrating!
