There are no words to describe Carolyn and Chris! They are such beautiful people, and it only makes sense because their families are equally as amazing. They are the perfect match made in heaven, or rather, the perfect match made in the air. Almost literally, y'all! (I may have spent too much time talking with this sweet Southern transplant!)
Chris and Carolyn happen to work for the same airline and somehow their paths crossed as Carolyn's plane landed in Baltimore. Thank goodness for that!! They were both sporting Packer lanyards and struck up a brief, yet memorable conversation before parting ways only to run into each other again that day! Carolyn left a note for Chris that said "Go Pack Go" and that may have sealed the deal. I'm sensing an underlying Packers theme here! Chris found her on Facebook and they carried on their conversations until they finally had a first date in Denver, CO.
Chris, originally from the East Coast, and Carolyn, originally from the West Coast, now live in the great state of Texas. So what's a couple to do when their families are on opposite sides of the county? Get married in Wisconsin, of course! Their mutual love of the Packers, and the "more" convenient, midwest Wisconsin destination meant a small, but mighty group of East- and West-coasters would descend on glorious Lambeau Field. We think they made a great choice!
Their busy schedules, compounded by living out of state, meant that they needed some help. After a last minute meet-up for coffee while they were in town to tour their venues, we set off to help them outline their budgetary priorities and come up with some fantastic design ideas. After that, we met monthly via video across the country to help them progress through their planning checklist. We lined up the best wedding professionals to pull off one fantastic celebration! Take a look below!
Carolyn and Chris, we wish you endless years of celebration and you can be sure, we'll be cheering right along with you during every season of your marriage! Much love to you from Wisconsin!

Sam and Erin shared their proposal story on their wedding website, and it was definitely sweet!
"Sam surprised Erin with a proposal in Elkhart Lake—a destination the couple enjoys for dinners out and Road America racing. Sam arranged a horse-drawn carriage (*swoon!*) to take them on a tour of the Christmas lights around town. Erin wasn’t expecting what Sam had up his sleeve but of course she said yes!"
It only took about a month for Erin to reach out to secure some help on the big day, and we are so, so glad she did!
They were married in one of the largest churches we've seen locally, yet they kept their wedding party small with only a matron of honor and a best man. We are convinced that her small wedding party had something to do with how calm and laid back the atmosphere was before the ceremony. The smile of pure joy and happiness on Erin's face as the musicians began their prelude, will be a forever memory for us.
Even more beautiful - As the string quartet began to play Canon in D, and the ushers opened the doors, Erin held on to her father's arm before going to meet Sam at the end of the aisle. Hollywood could not have timed it better! (We had some serious chills and tears welling!) - It was one of our all-time favorite entrances. By. Far.
Back at The Osthoff Resort, we set out a few personal items and charger plates, while the staff busily set the tables, lit the candles, and awaited the couple's arrival for a sneak-peek. In true fashion, they traveled from the ceremony to the reception in Sam's car. The impeccable arrangements from The Osthoff's in-house florist were set among the beautiful gold accents of the formal ballroom.
Guests were greeted by a very special table as they entered. Erin chose to have her place card table highlighted with stunning crystal pieces passed down from her grandmother's collection. Guests mingled in the cocktail area around their adorable tiered cake with vintage toppers, before we opened the reception space and the new Mr. & Mrs. kicked off the night with their First Dance and they didn't stop until the very end of the night!
Erin and Sam, what an honor to have been a part of your beautiful day! We wish you nothing but the best in your exciting journey!

It finally feels like spring in Wisconsin, especially after seeing and smelling the sweet florals from this past weekend! Haley and Christian had quite the wedding weekend, and we're so happy to share a few details from their rehearsal dinner!
We worked with the always-amazing House of Flowers team to create a design that perfectly complimented their upcoming wedding day. The bright and airy upstairs ballroom at The Waters was set with luxurious warm grey linens, dozens of candles, and showstopping compote bowl centerpieces.
Guests were invited to find their seats with handwritten place cards. Once seated, they shared family-style bowls of the most delectable salmon, New York strip with herb chimichurri, and impressive sides of fingerling potatoes, vegetables, and artisan breads from Rye Restaurant.
They wined and dined until it was time to head back down to the main floor where additional wedding guests arrived to celebrate the happy couple with desserts and evening appetizers.
Many congratulations to you, Haley and Christian! It was a pleasure to meet you and we wish you nothing but the best!
